The game’s story is brought to you by single-player chapters. Marissa Fairborn is the human character who serves as your battle commander.

Transformers Forged to Fight: Bot Level, Rank, and Tier
- Each bot has a Tier, Rank, and Level. You can see this information by opening the “BOTS” tab on the home screen and tapping your bot to open the INFO panel.
- Tiers range from 1 to 4 stars and cannot be changed. The higher the tier, the better the bot’s status. Tiers control synergy bonuses and can rank bots higher.
- Level increases the bot’s power. Rank increases the maximum level of the bot. For example, at rank 1 the bot reaches level 10, and at rank 2 it reaches level 20.
- The level cap is always 10 times the rank. When a bot reaches the maximum level of a rank, it must be ranked up to unlock a new level. When you rank up, you also increase the effectiveness of normal abilities such as bleed, armor break, etc.
